Artist in Residence - Year of Natural Scotland 2013

2013 is the Year of Natural Scotland and in a very exciting collaboration to celebrate the year wildlife artist Derek Robertson has agreed to be Artist in Residence at Tentsmuir NNR. 

Over the year Derek is planning an ambitious collection of new sketches and paintings, a Virtual Art Trail, local and national exhibitions, events all cummulating in on-site installations.

Reports

In December 2012 Scottish Natural Heritage received a final report on work we commissioned about Tentsmuir National Nature Reserve (NNR) - Monitoring Visitor Behaviour and Attitudes at Tentsmuir NNR  . 

The report set out to provide evidence about 2 aspects of the reserve: behaviour causing or likely to cause disturbance to wildlife and visitor's awareness, understanding and attitudes towards the wildlife of Tentsmuir and its protection. The outcomes from the report will be used to guide decisions on the future management of the reserve.
